PURCHASING

CLAUSE     DEFINITIONS
      101         Raw Material Requirements
Three (3) copies of chemical and physical test reports must support all materials supplied against this Purchase Order. Each report shall list or include the following:
a.] Material spec., and revision,
b.] Heat code and supplier,
c.] Results of chemical analysis and physical test, and
d.] SELLARS Products Inc.'s. Purchase Order Number.
Copies must be furnished with each shipment of material.

102      Process Certifications Required
Three (3) copies of the reports of all-special processes and inspection verification results must be furnished with each shipment of processed material from your company. Process certifications must contain SELLARS Products Inc., Purchase Order Number.
103    Test Reports Required
The supplier must include with each shipment, three (3) copies of the test results and/or inspection data required by the Purchase Order and/or referenced specifications.
104    Certification of Compliance Required
Each shipment from your facility must include three (3) copies of your "Certificate of Compliance", which shall include the following statement as a minimum:
REPORTS COVERING ALL THE MATERIAL USED FOR ITEMS IN THIS PURCHASE ORDER ARE ON FILE AND SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY ANY AUTHORIZED PARTY. REPORTS SHALL INDICATE CONFORMANCE TO ALL APPLICABLE SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER.

105    First Article Inspection Required
Inspection of a first article manufactured for this Purchase Order is required prior to the start of production. First Articles must conform to all requirements of referenced documents. Please forward one copy of First Article Inspection Report to SELLARS Products Inc., with shipper, in the first shipment of parts.

106    In-process Inspection Required
All materials and/or finished goods covered by this Purchase Order are subject to surveillance and/or inspection by SELLARS Products Inc., at point of manufacture. Final Acceptance will be performed at SELLARS Products Inc.

107    Source Inspection Required
Items in this order are subject to Source Inspection if there are ANY quality issues pending, if there has been ANY rejections of items from previous orders within the past 9-months, or if delivery performance is LESS THAN 98%.

108    Test Specimen Requirements
Items in this order are subject to requirements for test specimens (production method, number, storage conditions etc.) for design approval, inspection, investigation or auditing.

109    Notification Requirements
Items in this order are subject to requirements relative to the notification of anomalies, changes in definition and the approval of their processing.

110    SELLARS Products Inc., Supplied Material Requirements
All finished goods must be manufactured from SELLARS Products supplied materials. Substitution or replacement will be cause for rejection. All process certifications must indicate SELLARS Products Purchase Order Number and material lot number. Excess material must be returned to SELLARS Products Inc., upon completion of the Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified.

111    Contract Number Requirements
The Prime Contract Number listed on the SELLARS Products Purchase Order must be noted on all sub-contracts Purchase Orders. At the option of Government ad/or SELLARS Products Inc., all items covered by the Purchase Order are subject to Source Inspection and/or surveillance at your facility.

112    Calibration-MTE Requirements
The supplier must have and maintain, a calibration system that meets the objectives of ANSI/NCSL Z 540-1 and ISO 10012-1. The seller must extend this requirement to all lower tier suppliers.

113    Inspection of Records and Audits Requirements
The supplier shall provide access to their facilities and/or manufacturing, inspection, or test records that support evidence of quality management for Source Inspection and/or Quality Audits, at any reasonable time, by the Buyer and/or Government Representative as required. The seller shall extend this requirement to all lower tier suppliers.

114    Government Surveillance Requirements
Items in this order are subject to government quality assurance surveillance. Upon receipt of this order, notify the cognizant government representative at the office that normally services your facility and arrange for quality assurance coverage. Representative will outline all necessary Government QA requirements.

115    Non-Conforming Material Requirements
Any departure from drawings, specifications, or other purchase order requirements, must be recorded on inspection reports and presented to SELLARS Products Inc., for disposition. SELLARS Products customers prior to shipment from your facility must approve deviations from drawings or specifications.

116    Special Process Requirements
Only SELLARS Products Inc., or customer approved sources are to be utilized in the completion of this purchase order. Please contact SELLARS Products Procurement Department for source approval.

117x   SELLAR'S Quality Assurance System Requirements
The supplier must maintain a Quality or Inspection Program that conforms with the latest revision of

-B      MIL-I-45208A Inspection System Requirements
-C      MIL-Q-9858A Quality System Requirements
-D      NHB 5300.4 (2B-2) NASA Quality System Requirements

118    Limited Shelf Life Material Requirements
Materials physical and chemical certifications must be furnished with each shipment. The following information is required in the certification:
Original manufacturer,
Original manufacturer's lot or batch number,
Manufacturing date, or cure date, and recommended shelf life,
Appropriate chemical or trade name, including type, grade, class, etc., and
Specification under which material has controlled in storage.

119    Lot Trace-ability Requirements
All items on this order are subject to complete traceability which is the ability to trace the history, application, use and location of the individual item, or characteristic lot of an item, through the systematic assignment, recording, and correlation of a control identification number.
All items within the lot and all associated documentation (test reports, certifications, etc.) are to be identified with the assigned trace-ability number. Unless otherwise specified, all suppliers' trace-ability identification shall be traceable to the SELLARS Product's Purchase Order Number. Trace-ability records shall be maintained for a period of seven (7) years after completion of this purchase order.

120 Right of Entry
SELLARS Products Inc., its customer, government or regulatory agency, shall have the right of entry to inspect any or all of the work included in this order at the supplier's or subcontractor's plant.
